The cottage is charming, with a lovely garden to relax in and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. the complimentary WiFi was convenient, and the private parking made it easy to come and go as we pleased. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, such as Derwentwater and Buttermere. the cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and ironing facilities. the personal touch of a welcome hamper made us feel right at home. Being just a short walk from a local pub was a bonus, and we enjoyed a couple of evening meals there. the owner was friendly and welcoming, providing us with detailed information to ensure a smooth check-in process. Overall, our experience at Apple Tree Cottage was top-notch, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Lake District.
